SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after valid payment processing. Shipping times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Pretty Problem Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. 

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout. Pretty Problem Co. is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We respect your privacy. Any personal  information collected  during checkout is used strictly to process your order and improve your shopping experience. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If you experience an issue with your order (missing or damaged items), please contact us within 48hrs of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
